Floor Care Technician

Full-time / Part-time Research Triangle, NC Make floors look their best. You will strip, wax, buff, and extract hard floors and carpet across a range of commercial facilities, often on scheduled project work. Responsibilities Strip, wax, and burnish hard-surface floors to a consistent finish. Shampoo and hot-water extract carpet and upholstery. Operate and maintain buffers, auto-scrubbers, and extractors safely. Set up and break down job sites, including signage and safety cones. Coordinate timing with account managers to work around building schedules. Qualifications Prior floor-care or buffer / auto-scrubber experience preferred (we’ll train the right person). Comfortable operating and caring for powered floor equipment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet. Flexible for occasional nights or weekends on project work. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
