Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands on General Manager to lead a high volume, full service restaurant and bar. This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in a fast paced environment, builds high performing teams, and knows how to create energy in the building that drives both guest experience and sales. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant and bar environment Lead, coach, and develop both management and hourly team members Maintain high standards across service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality Drive top-line sales through local store marketing, community involvement, and in-house promotions Build and execute revenue-driving initiatives including events, live entertainment, and bar-focused programming Maximize beverage sales and overall guest spend through team training and execution Own financial performance including labor management, scheduling, and cost controls Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor, especially during peak and late-night business Handle guest feedback and create an environment that builds loyalty and repeat visits Qualifications 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and bar environment Proven track record of driving sales growth in a high-volume setting Experience with bar operations, promotions, or entertainment-driven business is a plus Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and accountability Strong operational discipline and attention to detail Ability to balance guest experience with financial performance What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement options Established, well-supported operation #J-18808-Ljbffr High Volume Full Service Restaurant
