Managing Attorney — Lead Housing Litigation Unit
NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development
The NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development is seeking a Managing Attorney/Agency Attorney L-3 to enhance the Lead unit’s litigation efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include litigating complex cases related to lead compliance and supervising legal staff. Additionally, you will execute negotiations on behalf of the agency, ensuring safety and compliance with housing codes. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and be admitted to the New York State Bar.
