Maintenance Supervisor — Lead, Train & Grow

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to ensure facility equipment runs efficiently and to identify process improvements. The role requires supervising maintenance staff, managing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with the Production Manager on budgets. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, test machinery, and perform PLC troubleshooting while maintaining safety and compliance across shifts.
