You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: ResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environmentSchedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communicationVerify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizationsProcess payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain patient records and ensure accurate data entryCoordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as neededEnsure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualificationsRequirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dental front office experience
