TRAINEE PROGRAM — Start Your Career Here
- Paid on-the-road training: 4 to 6 weeks with a professional coach
- Requirements: 120+ hours from an accredited school and a clean record
- Guaranteed weekly pay during training
- Learn Northeast regional lanes — no cross-country runs, home every weekend
EXPERIENCED DRIVERS — YOU'RE WELCOME TOO
- $0.80 to $0.85 CPM based on experience
- Annual pay raise of $0.01 CPM every year (up to $0.85 CPM)
- Average weekly miles: 1,800 to 2,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 to $1,700
- Unload pay: $80 per stop
- Unloading with pallet jack (tailgate deliveries)
LANES & SCHEDULE
- Lanes: Northeast region only — no cross-country runs
- Home Time: Home every weekend for your 34-hour reset
- Shifts: Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday (your choice)

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21 or older
- Clean MVR/PSP — no major violations
