We're looking for a dedicated Medication Manager to join our compassionate team and help us provide exceptional care to our residents.
What You'll Do As a Medication Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Monitoring residents for any changes in condition and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Maintaining accurate records of medication administration.
- Collaborating with other team members to provide holistic care.
- Upholding safety and compliance standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
We’re seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing compassionate care. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A caring and patient demeanor with a focus on resident well-being.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
