Sales Operations Lead

Leading the Sales Operations for AMER in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Operations Lead will manage key workflows in Pylon and Salesforce, build reporting systems, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to enhance customer lifecycle management. Key responsibilities Serve as the operational point person for the AMER Customer Success organization, collaborating with CSMs and leadership Own and improve Pylon workflows and Salesforce integrations to support customer communication and data hygiene Build and maintain dashboards for customer health, renewal risk, and productivity metrics Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Pylon Strong experience with Salesforce, including managing workflows and reporting Experience supporting a Customer Success organization and understanding its operational needs Familiarity with customer health metrics such as NRR and GRR Virtual Vocations Inc
