Senior AI Product Manager

We’re partnering with a well-funded, growth-stage technology company building a connected platform that helps businesses manage critical workflows, operate more efficiently, and make smarter decisions. They’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own a high impact area of the customer platform, spanning onboarding and activation, workflow tooling, integrations, and customer facing AI experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes solving practical, complex product problems and can take ideas from early discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration. This is a hybrid position in the Financial District in NYC (2-3 days onsite). What you’ll do: Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features across a small-business financial platform, with a focus on making complex financial work easier, faster, and more intuitive. Improve the new-customer experience, from signup through activation, helping customers reach value quickly and deepen engagement over time. Build and enhance business tools such as invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other day-to-day financial operations. Lead the strategy for partner integrations and APIs, turning basic data connections into useful, connected workflows across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software. Identify thoughtful ways to apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to real customer problems, balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk. Run experiments across onboarding, activation, product adoption, and retention. Define success metrics, use data to guide decisions, and turn successful tests into scalable product improvements. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market. Communicate priorities, product decisions, and tradeoffs clearly across a lean, fast-moving organization. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, SMB software, accounting, invoicing, workflow tools, or another complex platform environment. Experience shipping customer-facing AI or LLM-enabled products. Personal projects and strong demonstrated AI fluency can also be considered. Experience owning at least one of the following: onboarding and activation, invoicing or billing, financial workflows, APIs and integrations, or business software tooling. Strong product analytics and experimentation background, including funnel analysis, measurement plans, A/B testing, and product instrumentation. Comfortable partnering with technical teams on APIs, integration architecture, data flows, and product tradeoffs. Clear, direct communicator who can work effectively with distributed teams in an async environment. Comfortable in a startup setting where priorities move quickly and ownership is broad.
