Position Details Full‑time work schedule required for no less than 13 weeks 15% Premium (Seasonal Premium) Additional night and weekend shift differential pay 401(k) Eligible Fitness center membership discount $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days $1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days $2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus Position does not offer health benefits Must have 2 years ICU experience to qualify; Open Heart experience is a plus Responsibilities Provide advanced, patient‑centered care to the most critically ill individuals using your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills. Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes and ensure patient safety. Support and educate patients' families during highly stressful and emotional situations, acting as a vital resource for understanding treatment plans. Respond rapidly and effectively to deteriorating patient conditions in a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, ensuring the highest standard of care for critically ill patients. Qualifications Current Montana RN license or a multi‑state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ICU or critical care unit. Open Heart nursing experience preferred. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology, and principles of professional nursing practice. Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line; additional certifications may be required. Shift and Schedule Night Shift - 12 Hours. Full‑time hours (36 hours per week) for 13 weeks, 12‑hour night shifts. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week; schedules may be adjusted as needed.
