Center Supervisor

Job Description About the role: Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. How you will contribute Oversee employee performance and scheduling. Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives. Work with donors to resolve concerns. Analyze opportunities specific to non‑conforming events. Perform all tasks for medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing areas. Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts. What you bring to Takeda High school diploma or equivalent. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification. Frequent bending and reaching. Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance. Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro‑longed glove wear is required. Compensation and Benefits Summary Location: USA - GA - Kennesaw U.S. hourly wage range: $22.80 – $31.35 U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Eligible for up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year and new hires can accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
