Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

License: State License Required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT

Must-Have: Adult Critical Care & ED Work Setting Experience

Procedures include nebulized medication therapy, chest percussion, V60 BiPAP, and the use of comfort flow heated high flow nasal cannula systems. Additional required skills: transport ventilators, Glidescope intubation, and bronchoscopy systems. Familiarity with Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators and bedside bronchoscopies is essential. Experience with percutaneous tracheostomy and radiometer ABL 90 Flex analyzers is necessary. Ability to provide nebulized epoprostenol and HeliOx services is required. Travelers requesting time off during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated. This policy applies to major holidays. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates must have experience with adult critical care, arterial punctures, CPAP, and interpretation of arterial blood gases. Charting experience is preferred but not required unless specifically noted. Team and floating policies will be in accordance with current standards. Candidates must possess required certifications and licenses before submission. Certifications and licenses must remain valid throughout the duration of employment.
