We are hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals. If you're looking for a workplace where your skills are valued and your contributions make a difference, we'd love to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patientsPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summariesEstablish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilitiesTravel to nearby centers as needed Qualifications:Valid State OT and CredentialsSNF and/or Acute care experienceCornerstone Rehab delivers innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities in the United States. - Up to $15,000.00 in incentives for eligible candidates Please note: Work shift is variable and based upon needs of the school. The work location would primarily be located a Niles, High School Training room coverage 2:00pm to 4:00pm as well as event coverage.
