Job Description Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist Position Summary The Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing, branding, and digital media assets that support organizational objectives. This role develops 2D artwork, website content, visual communications, and multimedia materials while ensuring designs meet technical requirements, branding standards, and project objectives. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual content for internal initiatives, product development, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 annually Key Responsibilities Design and develop digital artwork using current industry standards, techniques, and creative processes. Create, edit, and optimize 2D textures, graphic assets, and visual materials for various digital applications. Develop and maintain marketing and branding materials, including print and digital collateral. Produce and edit multimedia content, including video assets, graphics, and website content. Convert and manipulate graphic images into formats suitable for deployment and production environments. Collaborate with designers, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure artwork aligns with project requirements and technical specifications. Create visual assets that adhere to branding guidelines and established design standards. Participate actively as a member of multidisciplinary development teams. Research and implement new design tools, techniques, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality. Assist with website design, content updates, and digital user experience enhancements using content management systems. Document design processes and maintain organized project files and asset libraries. Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Art, Visual Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media development, or a related creative role. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress. Strong understanding of branding, layout design, typography, color theory, and digital media production. Preferred Skills Video editing and multimedia production experience. Knowledge of web design principles and user experience best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
