Zeppelin brings Edomae-style sushi, charcoal-grilled yakitori, and omakase together with the vibrant spirit of rock-and-roll and the adventure of the Golden Age of airships. We're an elevated neighborhood restaurant precise in craft and knowledge, warm and welcoming in feel. At Zeppelin, we don't have customers, we have guests, and we're looking for a bartender who acts as an ambassador to the restaurant someone who takes care of a guest having one nightcap with the same attention as a guest ordering a $1000 bottle.

Position Summary Zeppelin is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. We're constantly looking to elevate the guest experience through innovative techniques and ideas behind the bar, and we want someone who shares that drive an expert in spirits and craft cocktails, with a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to make every guest feel comfortable and at home.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience bartending in a craft cocktail environment, required
• Knowledge of Japanese spirits and sake preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and craft cocktail technique, and the ability to build further expertise through our sake and wine program
• Comfort with suggestive selling that feels natural, not pushy guiding guests toward what's actually right for them, at a range of price points
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• A team-first attitude this room relies on everyone working together constantly

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($10.30) plus tips
