About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing financial leadership, and operational support to ensure the organization's long-term success. This executive will be responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and banking relationships. The role involves driving financial planning, profitability improvement, and capital allocation decisions, as well as overseeing the development of scalable financial systems and processes to support growth. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in senior finance roles within manufacturing, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and operational finance, and experience in supporting company growth and strategic planning initiatives. Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in privately held or family-owned manufacturing organizations is highly valued. The CFO will also be responsible for managing a high-performing finance and accounting team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
