Private Wealth Associate

Our client, a leading global asset management firm in New York City, is seeking an Associate/Analyst to join its Private Wealth Operations team. This role supports Private Wealth Advisors with client onboarding, account management, KYC, and operational support while partnering closely with Compliance and Operations to deliver an exceptional client experience. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Private Wealth Operations, Client Onboarding, Wealth Management, Financial Operations, or Investor Services. Responsibilities: Support new account onboarding for individual and entity clients. Prepare and review account opening documentation, KYC, and entity documents. Process account maintenance requests, including client information updates and account changes. Coordinate account funding, ACATs, DTC transfers, gifting of securities, and fund disbursements. Support alternative investment and private equity subscription documentation. Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Private Wealth Advisors to ensure timely account processing. Respond to client service inquiries and resolve operational issues. Assist with employee investment accounts and online client portal support. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in Private Wealth, Wealth Management Operations, Client Onboarding, or Financial Operations. Experience with account opening, KYC/AML, and client maintenance. Exposure to alternative investments or private equity subscriptions is a plus. SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses are preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
