Insurance Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Insurance Litigation Associate in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team focused on complex litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on insurance litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-level legal matters in a collaborative environment. Duties Work on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals. Conduct legal research and write memoranda. Draft complex case analyses and prepare briefs, pleadings, and motions. Conduct, propound, and respond to discovery, including depositions. Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation. Genuine interest in insurance litigation. Strong writing and case management skills. Experience handling clients and adversaries. Excellent oral advocacy skills. Deposition and court experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing. Skills Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
