Position Overview

Outpatient primary care role focused on full-scope Family Medicine services Opportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationships within underserved communities Structured weekday schedule with dedicated administrative time for documentation and follow-up care Collaborative team-based care model with established workflows and EMR systems Historic South Jersey riverfront community offering small-town atmosphere with convenient Philadelphia access

Compensation

Base Salary: $110,000 $120,000+ based on experience Loan repayment eligibility available

Schedule

Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM One late clinic day weekly Rotating shared call schedule

Role

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care Deliver patient-centered treatment plans and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams and providers Support continuity of care within underserved patient populations

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED Comfortable managing full-scope outpatient primary care REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Ability to work independently within collaborative team environment REQUIRED Passion for serving underserved and diverse communities REQUIRED Bilingual Spanish preferred
