This role develops and delivers enablement strategies, content, tactics, and programs that transform product knowledge, promotional value, competitive insights, and market dynamics into effective customer sales conversations. As a strategic partner to business leaders, this individual influences sales strategy, builds stakeholder alignment, and ensures frontline teams are equipped to compete, differentiate, and win.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales skills and enablement strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen frontline selling performance across residential sales channels. Translate product knowledge, promotional offers, competitive insights, market opportunities, and Xfinity differentiators into effective sales skill development programs focused on discovery, positioning, objection handling, and value-based selling. Create and deliver enablement content and tools, including training materials, job aids, digital resources, and other learning assets that support sales proficiency and competitive readiness. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align on sales priorities, gain support for strategic initiatives, and drive adoption of sales skills programs. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact sales enablement and skill-building initiatives. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales skills programs through performance metrics, insights, and feedback, and make recommendations to improve business outcomes. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance while supporting organizational goals and priorities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
