Submission Team Member

Job Description Whetstone is building a new team in its revenue‑based fin‑tech division. The role is entry‑level and suitable for recent graduates and students seeking a career foundation. Responsibilities Use a computer with multiple monitors to quickly and accurately review hundreds of applications as they are received in the business portal (Submissions queue). Follow the production process to determine if an applicant is initially qualified for funding; verify that all required supporting documents are included; and move the submission electronically to the next step in the process. Requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Comfortable navigating multiple windows simultaneously. Enjoy working independently in a production environment. Consistently focus on detail and process information. Willing to place emphasis on accuracy while maintaining production metrics. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable reading, interpreting, and generating notes in English. Compensation and Benefits Job Type: Full‑time Salary: From $19.00 per hour Benefits include: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Schedule Shift: Day shift (Monday to Friday).
