Location 97 Tarentum Bridge Road, New Kensington, Pennsylvania, 15068 Job Description Team Member – Express tunnel car wash. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting Unlimited Wash Club packages, operating wash equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club. Greet customers and create a positive first impression. Engage customers before and after the wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Perform accurate Quality Control checks to maintain service standards. Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Handle customer escalations calmly and professionally. Operate basic retail equipment such as computers and POS systems. Pitch Unlimited Wash Club membership to new customers. Learn and master the wash process and equipment to expand product knowledge. Execute additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Familiarity with flexible scheduling, including weekends. Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. consistently and up to 50lbs. occasionally. Positive attitude, willingness to follow direction, and professional appearance. Adherence to safety guidelines and willingness to wear required safety equipment.
