Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Cellarman / Brewer I to support daily brewery operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone looking to grow within a production brewery. You’ll assist with cellaring, packaging, cleaning, and brewing tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform cellar operations including CIP/SIP, transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, and yeast management.

·       Assist with brewhouse operations and wort production.

·       Package beer in kegs and cans while maintaining quality.

·       Monitor fermentation and collect gravity, pH, and temperature data.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·       Follow SOPs and support continuous improvement.

·       Assist with inventory and raw material handling.

Qualifications

·       0–2 years of brewery experience or strong desire to enter the industry.

·       Basic understanding of brewing processes preferred.

·       Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

·       Ability to lift 55+ lbs.

·       Forklift experience is a plus or willingness to be trained.
