Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to our culinary standards and dietary needs of our residents

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards

• Work closely with the Dietary Manager to plan and prepare menus, ordering and inventory management

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely meal service

• Maintains accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and meal service

• Participates in company-wide initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and quality of care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of experience in food preparation and cooking

• Basic knowledge of nutrition and food safety principles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
