Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Pediatric Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, La Clinica de las Americas/Dyckman ,an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice. The Center emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. As the largest FQHC in the United States, the Gotham Health Community-Based Practices serve diverse Families and individuals throughout New York City. Gotham Health provides care to individuals from varying racial/ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Opportunity Details:

• Provides comprehensive primary care to all clinic pediatric patients from birth through age 21 years.
• Ensures that the National Patients Safety Goals are met at all times.
• Reviews and manages all abnormal laboratory results and other tests.
• Manages both chronic and acute cases.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Enjoy keeping families and individuals healthy and helping each New Yorker to live their healthiest life without exception.
• Provide high quality and affordable health care services to every member of NYC families.
• Must provide late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active New York State Medical License.
• At least 2 years of experience is preferred.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $236,000* (board eligible); $241,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $315,120** (board eligible) and $320,620** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
