About the Role:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to drive quality patient care and staff development. With a focus on collaboration and leadership, you will work closely with our nursing team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives that enhance our patient-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our nursing departments, including staffing, scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives
Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality patient care
Foster a culture of excellence and accountability among nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives that enhance our patient-centric approach
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring seamless transitions and outcomes-oriented care
Participate in performance improvement activities, including data analysis and quality improvement initiatives
