Senior Business Process Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Driving process improvement and change management for a VA cloud program, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will work remotely to analyze current operations, identify gaps, and implement sustainable solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide expertise in continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, and change management initiatives Conduct current-state analyses and perform gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities Develop and implement process-improvement plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 20 years of experience, or a master's degree and 10 years of experience Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN Demonstrated experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
