Car Wash Team Lead

Suds Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Team Lead to oversee day‑to‑day tunnel and self‑serve operations, ensure high-quality vehicle cleaning, and deliver great customer service. The Team Lead will open/close the site, assign tasks, and coach attendants on safety, quality standards, and upselling wash packages. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting wash equipment, monitoring chemical levels, keeping bays and lot clean, handling basic cash or POS transactions, and responding to customer concerns. The role also helps train new team members, track supplies, and support smooth, efficient, and safe operations during all shifts.
