Senior Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth Team

Identify potential customers by working through a pool of prospects.Manage full cycle sales pipeline and develop a strategy to achieve quota on a quarterly basis.Grow customers' Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions across the full funnel of Google’s product solutions. Implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.Deliver against revenue targets and key outcomes while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to Google's advertisers.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels(e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.Preferred qualifications:3 years of experience building a robust book of business through proactive prospecting and lead end-to-end sales cycles.2 years of experience working in the digital advertising industry or product area, and working in a matrixed organization.Experience maintaining and expanding C-suite or key stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas or revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
