HoursPart-Time | Up to 20 Hours per WeekKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with the administration of the City's employee training platformManage employee accounts and training records in Global E-TrainingHelp managers and supervisors review and evaluate available training modulesMaintain accurate training records, documentation, and employee informationProvide administrative and clerical support to the Professional Development Manager and HR teamAssist with new employee orientation and onboarding activitiesSupport organization-wide training programs and meetingsAssist with employee recognition programs and special eventsHelp prepare training materials, communications, and other resourcesProvide general support for Human Resources projects and initiativesWhat We're Looking ForInterest in Human Resources, training and development, organizational leadership, business, or a related fieldStrong organization and attention to detailProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable learning new technology and softwareDependable, professional, and willing to learn
