This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work-life integration while performing services from the comfort of your own location. You will work collaboratively within a team dedicated to children's services in educational settings, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive care and support. We emphasize a hybrid coaching model that includes both virtual and in-person sessions when necessary, allowing you to engage meaningfully with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays.

  • Participate actively in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's specific needs.
  • \n
  • Monitor progress and outcomes, adapting strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
  • \n
  • Provide essential support and resources to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child’s development.
  • \n
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations related to early childhood intervention.
  • \n
  • Administer evaluations and assessments utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • \n
  • Develop strong relationships with children and families to create supportive learning experiences.
  • \n
  • Utilize Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote child development effectively.
  • \n
  • Deliver services based on family priorities, child development status, and actively recommend service frequency.
  • \n
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met for all individuals served.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, focusing on physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Our services are designed to help these children reach developmental milestones during their crucial early years. As an LCSW, you will play an integral role in facilitating your clients’ growth and in fostering family engagement in the educational process.

  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
  • \n
  • A valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health is essential.

  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

  • A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to client locations if needed.
  • \n
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
