In this role, you'll support equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Working collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams, you'll implement preventive maintenance programs, resolve complex issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Your technical expertise and leadership will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams and operationsStrong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and controls systems including PLC programming and HMI configurationProficiency with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo) and maintenance planning systemsExperience with GMP compliance and documentation requirementsAdvanced problem-solving skills for complex automated equipment and control systemsKnowledge of HVAC, clean utilities, and facility infrastructure systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance proceduresStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, 5S)Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in manufacturing environmentsAbility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends as neededExperience leading safety initiatives and compliance programsMust be able to work in cleanroom environments and use required PPEEDUCATION:Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or medical devicePreferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Technical field, or related disciplineTechnical certifications in industrial maintenance, controls, or related fields preferred
