• PROJECT Assignment-lasting up to 3 weeks

• Day shift schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

• Competitive hourly rate at $20/hr

• Weekly Pay

• Package battery packs according to customer specifications and work instructions.

• Inspect battery packs for quality, damage, and proper labeling prior to packaging.

• Prepare products for domestic and international shipment.

• Apply appropriate labels, documentation, and packaging materials in accordance with shipping requirements.

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging configurations.

• Maintain accurate production and shipping records.

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Perform routine housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Report quality concerns, damaged materials, or safety issues to supervision.

• Support inventory counts and material movement when required.

• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or shipping environments preferred.

• Experience packaging lithium-ion batteries or other regulated products is a plus.

• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed procedures.

• Basic computer and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift.

• Hazardous Materials (HazMat) certification or DOT/IATA hazardous materials shipping training is highly preferred.

• Experience handling, packaging, or shipping lithium-ion batteries.
