Under general supervision, this position performs complex course development for and training of TRS operational staff within the Division. Work involves assessing training needs; designing and developing training and development courses and materials; conducting classroom and on-the-job training; assisting in developing/revising department policies, procedures and processes; and providing comprehensive technical assistance and customer service to staff. Work involves designing and implementing training programs, independently, and mentoring junior trainers, or handling more complex training tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION- Bachelor degree from (4) year accredited college/university and/ or five years' experience working within a financial related position, call center, or experience working with a defined benefit plan.
- Proven work experience in training, facilitating, or similar role.
- Experience conducting presentations, seminars and/or workshops for medium to large groups.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Ability to exercise good judgement and possess solid analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
