Responsibilities Help patients get well, assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. Design programmes that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence. Adapt to the needs of each patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive. Serve as a teacher, training patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Salary USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
