Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA partner's founding team in Charlotte, NC. Job Title BCBA Shift Details Monday-Friday, Full-Time Availability Required (schedule varies per caseload) Setting In-home (clinic setting coming soon) Location Charlotte, NC Salary $85,000 - $100,000 (base salary, not contingent on number of hours billed) Billable Requirement 20-25 hours/week (may vary depending on BCBA's level of experience) Job Description Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring that BCBA standards of practice are met Develop, implement, and oversee ABA programs, ensuring they are delivered with fidelity and effectiveness by following BCBA protocols and guidelines Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing guidance, training, and ongoing professional development under BCBA supervision requirements Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as a proactive BCBA Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and supportive care, aligning with BCBA standards Maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates and guidance on how to support their child’s progress Actively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and support our culture of innovation and high standards of care Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and all relevant BCBA regulations, staying up-to-date on industry best practices Benefits Highly Competitive Pay with opportunities for advancement and bonuses 10 Paid Holidays, 15 days of PTO 401K with partial company matching Mileage reimbursement between clients Paid CEUs/Conference attendance Free health insurance for employees with Vision and Dental Benefits. 50% discounted premiums for spouse.
