Food runner

Responsibilities Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and ensure their accuracy and completeness. Deliver food orders to the appropriate tables while adhering to proper serving etiquette. Communicate effectively with both the kitchen and the waitstaff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all items in an order are ready for delivery at the same time. Respond to customer requests and inquiries courteously and promptly. Monitor tables for any additional needs or requests from customers and communicate them to the appropriate staff. Assist in resetting tables for the next guests once their meals are complete. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic work environment. Adhere to company policy regarding unauthorized product handling; consumption, eating, or giving away any unauthorized products is prohibited and considered a crime.
