Schedule: Varied shifts available (Days or Nights); Every 3rd weekend; No call required

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
• Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience required
• At least 1 completed travel assignment required
• Current Skills Checklist specific to OB/GYN (within 1 year)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
• Ability to function as first assist and scrub OB highly preferred
• Flexibility with schedule changes

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
• Assume accountability for assigned patients throughout shift
• Apply clinical judgment based on scientific knowledge and evidence-based practice
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff including LPN, PCT, and Unit Secretaries
• Provide care aligned with organizational mission, vision, values, and policies
