Finance Manager

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a technology services organization to identify a Finance Manager in the Southlake, TX area. This role is onsite and will support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for a fast‑growing business unit. This position is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional who can build models, analyze business drivers, and partner closely with leaders across operations, claims, product, and commercial teams. The right candidate is comfortable in a visible role and can turn financial data into clear business recommendations. Required 6–8 years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or related experience Strong Excel financial modeling experience, including forecasting, ROI, and operational models Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month‑end reporting, and variance analysis Ability to analyze P&L performance, cost drivers, margins, and operating metrics Strong business partnership skills with the ability to work across multiple departments Preferred Experience with NetSuite CPA or MBA Experience building or scaling 3‑statement financial models Prior experience mentoring, supervising, or managing employees Background supporting insurance, claims, logistics, repairs, or device protection‑related businesses This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional who wants visibility, ownership, and the ability to influence business performance in a growing organization.
