DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Budapest or Szeged)Schedule: Full-time, flexible working hoursAbout The RoleWe're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and support our Unity-based mobile games. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation tools. If you love working with cloud tech, solving complex problems, and supporting a growing game with an active player base—this role is for you.Your Future ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Unity-based mobile applicationsManage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure for scalability and reliabilityDevelop and maintain tools for automating game DLC updates from Excel catalogsEnsure the integrity and security of backend systems using Redis and MySQLMonitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Amplitude and other analytics toolsAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration managementCollaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliabilityImplement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system healthRequirementsStrong experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure automationProficiency in CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell)Experience managing databases and caching systems (MySQL and Redis)Familiarity with Unity development workflows and game deployment processesAbility to develop tools for processing and updating game data from Excel catalogsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Docker or other containerization toolsNice-to-HaveExperience with analytics and monitoring tools such as AmplitudeBackground in game development or a passion for rock/heavy metal RPGsUnderstanding of mobile game monetization and in-app purchase systemsBSc (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldHow To ApplyIf you're looking to join a creative, motivated team and make an impact in the gaming world, we'd love to hear from you.
