Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity TEKsystems is partnering with a leading payments and technology organization to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both Spanish and English. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting customers with utility and gas bill payment services. Responsibilities + Answer inbound customer service calls regarding utility and gas bill payments + Assist customers with questions about their accounts and billing statements + Process customer payments securely over the phone + Support customers who have missed payments and need assistance restoring utility services + Direct callers to the appropriate department when issues fall outside the scope of support + Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service in both English and Spanish + Accurately document customer interactions and payment information Required Qualifications + Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) + At least 1 year of call center customer service experience OR + Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience if no call center experience + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls + Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with customers + Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Preferred Qualifications + Previous bilingual call center experience + Experience handling billing, payment processing, or utility-related customer inquiries What We Offer + 100% Remote Work Environment + Opportunity to gain valuable customer service and call center experience + Potential career growth opportunities within the organization and affiliated business units + Join a company committed to innovation and sustainability + Supportive team environment with virtual training and coaching Interview Process + One virtual interview with the hiring manager Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
