Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity TEKsystems is partnering with a leading payments and technology organization to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both Spanish and English. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting customers with utility and gas bill payment services. Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer service calls regarding utility and gas bill payments
* Assist customers with questions about their accounts and billing statements
* Process customer payments securely over the phone
* Support customers who have missed payments and need assistance restoring utility services
* Direct callers to the appropriate department when issues fall outside the scope of support
* Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service in both English and Spanish
* Accurately document customer interactions and payment information
Required Qualifications
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
* At least 1 year of call center customer service experience
OR

* Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience if no call center experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
* Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with customers
* Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous bilingual call center experience
* Experience handling billing, payment processing, or utility-related customer inquiries

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr.
