The Hearth at Drexel is a premier retirement community in Bala Cynwyd, PA. We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents. Shift/Schedule Available Full-Time 8:00am-4:00pm including every other weekend. Some job responsibilities include: Maintain the upkeep of the community through floor cleaning, trash removal, and movement of furniture and supplies. Dry mop and wet mop floors. Operate buffer for cleaning, polishing, and shampooing floors and/or carpets. Move furniture in assigned areas. Turn and move mattresses to assist housekeeping. Hang draperies and cubicle curtains in residences and public areas. Gather and dispose of trash. Responsible for keeping the compactor area free from debris on a daily basis. Clean fire towers in assigned buildings on a scheduled basis. Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. Floor care experience preferred.
