We are seeking an Operational Floater to join our team!
Silver City Aluminum is a family run extrusion plant located in Taunton, MA. Candidate should be interested in learning more about the day-to-day functions of a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities will include office work in accounts payable, accounts receivable, logistics, sales orders, and billing. Candidate will have on the job training must be willing to work 3-4 days a week. This is a unique opportunity to experience many facets of the manufacturing business and hone interpersonal skills working with multiple departments within the company. Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
