Your Impact As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines, you will: Lead Machine Operations: Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets. Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes. Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality. Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals. What You Bring Accountability: You take pride in your work and learn from every challenge. Reliability: You are dependable and value a consistent attendance record. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Additional Information Physical Requirements: Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time. Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift. Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
