Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students per their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate student abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory-processing, and adaptive functioning needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, families, and support staff
• Provide ongoing documentation, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed to foster student success
• Educate and guide school personnel and families to ensure carryover of strategies in multiple environments
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
