These contract opportunities allow you to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives, from elementary through high school, with individualized assignments based on your skills and interests. Each position offers consistent hours and the chance to work alongside passionate educators and supportive teams.

Openings include:

• 1:1 Personal Care Assistant (PCA) supporting a female elementary student with Down syndrome in a life skills classroom
• Paraprofessional for an emotional support classroom in high school
• Paraprofessional for a high school life skills classroom

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a paraprofessional
• Must possess either a paraprofessional certification, 48+ college credits, or an associate’s degree or higher; those without certification must obtain it within 60 days of hire
• Ability to build rapport and provide supportive guidance to students
• Flexible, patient, and motivated to enhance students’ daily school experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom or individualized support to students based on your assignment
• Assist with academic, social, and behavioral activities as directed by teaching staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all settings
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and supervisors

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with tailored hours depending on school placement. Assignments will utilize your unique skills to help students flourish each day.
