Build, recruit and develop your own bridge engineering team Established client relationships and a strong project pipeline Lead business development, secure new work and grow the practice Work across major bridge, highway, retaining wall and transportation infrastructure projects Play a key role in shaping the future of the Texas structures business Performance-based bonus and a place at the leadership table 15+ years of bridge/structural engineering experience Strong TxDOT experience and understanding of the Texas transportation market Experience managing projects, clients and engineering teams Ability to develop client relationships, pursue opportunities and help win new work A leader who can mentor engineers, build teams and drive growth This isn't simply another senior engineering position.
