Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with one of the most well-established insurance agencies in Florida. We are currently identifying top qualified candidates for a Chief Sales Officer opportunity based in South Florida. This position will primarily lead the sales efforts for the organization in commercial property and casualty insurance products. The ideal candidate will be someone willing to be active in selling commercial accounts, plus managing the commercial sales team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity when it comes to managing and mentoring a sales team.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Lines
• 5+ Hands On Direct Sales Leadership Experience
• Experience with Personal Insurance and Employee Benefits
• Proven Track Record of Insurance Sales Success
• Willing to Travel in South Florida Market
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
