Job Responsibilities Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety. Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively. Provide 1:1 patient care and 24/7 on‑call assistance as required. Participate in online learning modules and simulation lab training to enhance clinical skills. Support career development opportunities and contribute to nursing experience growth. Qualifications Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required. Current BLS certification. Attention to detail. Time management skills. Effective problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities. Good organization and effective communication. Home health experience (preferred).
