You will spend your days meeting with small business owners and local organizations to help them understand how our benefit programs can protect their employees when they need it most. Assistance with studies

• Meet with small business owners and union representatives to explain the value of our supplemental benefit programs.
• Conduct educational presentations that help employees feel confident about their coverage choices.
• Answer questions thoroughly to ensure every client understands exactly how their benefits work.
• Manage your own calendar to effectively reach out to potential partners throughout South Carolina.
• Participate in team check-ins to share wins, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from one another.
• Maintain accurate records of your meetings and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent service standards.

• Professional experience in sales or client-facing roles (Preferred/Not Required)
• Need own transportation.
• Strong comfort level with public speaking and presenting to individuals.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Valid life and health insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.
• Natural ability to build rapport and trust with new people quickly.
• Reliable transportation for local travel within the Columbia area.
• Strong organization skills to manage your daily schedule independently.
